The smartphone is probably not alone. Because with the Galaxy Note 10, the Galaxy Note 10+ or Pro and the Galaxy Note 10e, the manufacturer from South Korea has planned several models. Even a 5G variant of the smartphone could be. The naming suggests that Samsung is probably proceeding similar to the Galaxy S10 series.

Galaxy Note 10: The display
The obvious difference between the different note variants should be among other things the display diagonal. For while the SuperAMOLED display of the Galaxy Note 10 probably measures 6.28 inches, the Galaxy Note 10 + / Pro with 6.75 inches should be significantly larger. If the reports on the display diagonal of the Galaxy Note 10e, this variant is almost compact. 5.8 inches measures the screen apparently.

However, it is considered relatively safe that Samsung sets all Note versions on an Infinity-O display with Quad HD + resolution. We already know this from the S10 series. Behind the infinity display hides a screen that occupies almost the entire front of the smartphone and the left and right even around the edges enough (edge display). Only a hole for the camera – the eponymous O – interrupts the display. This is the middle of the note 10 rather than placed on the side. Depending on whether Samsung uses a single or a dual front camera, the recess can also be rather oval.
Due to the large screen, the fingerprint sensor probably moves under the display. Only with the Galaxy Note 10e he could be positioned laterally for cost reasons. As the overall design of the Galaxy Note 10 might look like, Steve Hemmerstoffer, better known as OnLeaks, in a video in collaboration with 91mobiles, made clear in a video:
Up to four cameras on the back
Special attention is as with almost all current smartphones on the camera. In the Galaxy Note series, Samsung makes quite a difference compared to the Note 9. For one thing, the manufacturer has increased the number of cameras according to the reports, on the other hand they are now arranged one below the other instead of horizontally.
The Galaxy Note 10 will therefore have a triple camera with standard, ultra-wide-angle and telephoto lenses. The main camera takes pictures with up to 12 megapixels and has a variable aperture. It is unclear whether this classically switches between aperture f / 2.4 and aperture f / 1.5, or whether Samsung for the first time a third stage in the form of a f / 1.8 aperture turns on, as suggested by the famous Leakers Ice universe suggests.
Samsung China engineers said that the Note10 camera will use a three-stage variable aperture: F1.5 / F1.8 / F2.4

The camera with telephoto lens should also have a 12-megapixel sensor, whereas the ultra-wide-angle camera resolves 16 megapixels.
One more camera brings probably the Galaxy Note 10+ or Pro. Here users have a quad-camera available, which is identical in the base to the triple camera of the Note 10. The fourth sensor, Samsung has apparently based on the Galaxy S10 5G, because it is the reports to a ToF sensor. The 3D time-of-flight camera sensor is capable of calculating how long light takes to an object and back again. The calculated distance of different objects in the field of view of the viewfinder can be helpful, for example, for augmented reality (AR) and much better bokeh effects.
Stylus S Pen makes the note so special
It is the ability to operate the smartphone by pen, which makes the Note range of Samsung so special. With the Galaxy Note 10, the manufacturer has probably optimized the functions of the pen again. The S Pen should be even more versatile than before. As early as the Note 9, it also serves as a trigger for the camera. With the new generation Samsung could have extended the function of the remote control thanks to integrated infrared sensor. In general, many purposes are possible and are hotly debated.

Technical features of the Galaxy Note 10
Samsung typically plans the manufacturer again two versions of his Note devices. While he presumably relies on chips from Qualcomm in the US and consequently the Snapdragon 855 installed, tinkers in the Asian and European models probably the Exynos 9820. In both cases, it is octa-core chips, the Exynos 9820 thanks to the 8 nanometer manufacturing has the more advanced chip architecture. Both processors can be upgraded with a 5G modem.
As for the memory, there could be different versions. However, the base of 128 GB for the Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10 + / Pro seems relatively safe. The main memory should be 8 GB in this case. Also a version with 512 GB and 12 GB of RAM is under discussion. Samsung could have reduced the memory to 64 GB and 6 GB of RAM on the cheaper Galaxy Note 10e. Whether the internal memory can be expanded by means of micro SD card, is questionable. However, it is positive that Samsung is rumored to use the faster UFS 3.0 memory in all models.

As far as the capacity of the battery is concerned, this is obviously higher in the Galaxy Note 10 series. After all, the battery of the large Galaxy Note 10 + / Pro should hold 4500 mAh (mAh), that of the base model Galaxy Note 10 4.300 mAh. Other reports cite a capacity of 4,170 mAh for both models. In both cases, thanks to the 45-watt charging system, the battery could charge very quickly. Even the wireless charging is due to 20 watts faster than before.
The Galaxy Note 10e, however, is only spoken by a 3,400 mAh battery. But this version is also much cheaper than the other two models.
Specifically, the sources speak of a price well below 1,000 euros for the Galaxy Note 10e. Conversely, this also means that the two larger smartphones will probably cost 1,000 euros and more. For comparison: The Galaxy Note 9 cost to start on 24 August 2018 from 999 euros.
